I've been building software and the teams behind it for over 13 years.
My journey started with debugging complex systems and evolved into designing distributed architectures at scale. Along the way, I discovered something important: the hardest system to scale isn't the infrastructure. It's the team.
These days, I focus on the intersection of technical excellence and human systems. I still write code and architect solutions (that's where my heart is), but I'm equally invested in building the culture, processes, and environments where high-performing engineering teams can do their best work.
I'm a strong believer in using AI as a supportive tool in software development. When used thoughtfully, AI amplifies our capabilities and lets us focus on what humans do best: creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, and building meaningful connections. It's not about replacement; it's about enhancement.
